All of our pasture raised chicken products are processed fresh, weekly. We air chill our chicken instead of using a cold water bath which gives our meat stronger flavor, better texture, with a crispier cooked skin. We are proud of the qualities that these processes lend our chicken. It’s a lot of work but we believe that the quality of the end result speaks for itself and is totally worth that effort.
