Chicken Sausage

Our sausage is made 100% from our pasture raised chicken! 
We do not add any grains, dairy*, sugar or sweeteners (other than fruit or honey), nor do we use any other animal fat in any of our sausages.
We create and test our own recipes, blend our spices, and mix the sausage by hand. They are a labor of love and we’re proud to bring some really killer flavor options from our kitchen to your’s.

*So, yes, there is dairy in the Apple Cheddar chicken sausage. We keep all cheese processing separate from our other flavors by making and packaging it last.

Year-round flavors: Pepper Sage, Chorizo, and Italian Herb

Seasonal flavors: Our seasonal sausages are fun and delicious. Some of these flavors include: Freedom Philly, Cilantro Lime, Green Chile Mango, Thai Curry, and Apple Cheddar.

Our Fresh, Air-Chilled Whole Birds and Cuts:

Whole Birds: Neck and feet are removed, but included. Weight range: 3.5 – 4.5 lbs
Spatchcocked: Spine and breastbone are removed for an easy-to-grill or bake, butterfly presentation.
Breasts: Boneless skinless. Each breast is moderately sized at approx. 4-5 oz. 2 pack/4 pack
Thighs: Bone-In and Boneless, skin on. 4 pack
Drumsticks: 4 pack
Wings: We offer an awesome deal on our whole wings. 12 pack.

Other products:

Bone Broth: Each quart equals approximately two pounds of bones and feet. It is a very rich, and healthy stock. Excellent for drinking as-is, and use as a concentrate for soups or stews. 1 qt.

Spices: Enjoy our unique blend of spices. Flaked kosher salt, 50/50 salt and pepper, our own blends of Curry, Chile, Italian, and Savory. These are a great addition to your kitchen staples. They’re versatile and best of all SO EASY. Toss them on veggies or rub on any of our pasture raised chicken products to take them to the next level of flavor!

Canine treats:

Dog food: hearts, livers, and gizzards are ground to make a healthy supplement to give your dog’s nutrition intake a boost. This is not intended to be a full ration, but a supplement to it.
Dehydrated Feet: an anytime treat for your dog to enjoy!
